2009 13U Spring Team Finishes Season Ranked 2nd Nationally
The 2009 13U NorCal Grizzlies spring team finished the season ranked second in the Nations Baseball national standings in the 13U Premiere division. Congratulations to the entire team for an outstanding season that saw them go 55-12 and finish second in the Nations 13U Premiere National Championship event held in Houston, TX, July 20th through 25th. Competing most of the season with only 9-10 players, the Grizzlies held their own over the seven month season. In addition to finishing as runner-up at the Nations national tournament to a powerful Banditos Black squad, they also took home both the USSSA State and Super NIT Memorial Day Championships. |
