2012 will mark the ninth year of competition for NorCal Grizzlies Baseball. Since 2004 we have successfully competed in travel ball tournaments throughout Northern California and beyond. We are constantly evaluating players for next season as well as the current season.

We ask all prospective players to participate in a current season practice session. We feel there's no better way for us gauge a player, or for that player and his family to evaluate us, than in a live practice environment.

At the conclusion of the practice session we sit down with both player and parent(s) and provide our honest feedback regarding his abilities, talents and potential as well as where he fits comparatively with other players his age. We take this time to also answer any questions about our organization, the season, etc. If it is thought a player can compete and succeed in our environment we will offer a spot on one of our teams for the upcoming season.
